Default Seeking LAWL Buddy

I'm 20 years old (well I will be tomorrow) and started LA Weight Loss about a month ago. The weight loss has been good and the LAWL forum has been wonderful help, but I think a buddy would do me some good. If anyone else is on LAWL (so we can relate) and needs a buddy let me know.

LA Weight Loss is a weightloss program where it's all about what you eat and how much of it. You get limited to a certain amount of different kinds of foods and you get a little book that tells you what those foods are and how much of them you can have. It can be a little complicated at first but you start learning how to plan your meals effectively for the day so that you get all your proteins, starches, dairy, fat, veggies, and fruits in for the day. And you get to drink ALOT of water. You don't have to exercise to lose the weight, but exercise is always healthy so I do. You go into the center 3 times a week and get weighed and meet with a counselor who will look over the journal that you write all your meals in each day. It's not that expensive if you think about it as 7 dollars a week, but you do have to pay that in a lump sum. They calculate your weeks by 2 pounds a week plus 6 weeks stabilization and a year of maintenance. And some centers will let you make a few payments if need be. The big problem with them though is that they have a lot of products to sell and will do a lot to get you to buy them. The trick is to stand your ground on what you want and if they tell you something is necessary don't take it as a final answer. There are always ways around. But as far as I can see it works.
