Well, I was doing pretty good on my own, went from 270 to 200 in a few months, but then winter came, and now I'm back up to 217 and can't seem to lose it. Trying to get down to about 110. Can anybody help?
So winter came. But what did you do differently? Were you eating more because you were sheltered inside more? Exercising less because you couldn't exercise outside? Figure out why you gained and work on it from there.
Remember you also have Thanksgiving and Christmas thrown in the mix. I tried to remember my weightloss at those times and held back, but still overdid it a bit. But I also realized that I hadn't gained it all back. You're still down 53 pounds. Look at it that way instead of looking at putting 17 back on. Always keep in mind what you've lost to keep you motivated to keep losing.
