Hi Austin...I am trying a "lifestyle change" instead of a diet...
So far Ive changed to mostly all whole/brown bread rice pasta etc, trying to up my veggie intake, and drink a lot more water...we already eat a lot of lean meat and chicken as "these parts" of the north are great for hunting...Elk meat and White grouse are my favs...Im trying to eat more fish as well
I started out using the First Place servings/calorie counter..but basically I know what I
should be eating by now

but the last few days have been rough.....I try to do some activity everyday..and lift weights 3-4 times a week.
So far this has been working for me...but I need to get off the SUGAR
