clip clop.. I'm sorry you havent found anything you enjoy.. I to do not want to pay someone to tell me what I can and can not eat.. I know what I can and can not eat,, i just have to not eat it.. is it me or do all over weight people know how to lose weight, and give advice to people on losing weight but when it comes down to it, we just don't do it.. I've been reading this book (I cant remember the name of it but I'll post it later) and on the first pages it kept saying, in order to lose weight you have to have you're mind set.. if you dont have your mind set, then its the kiss of death.. so this time.. I
want to eat healther, I
want to write down what I eat, and I
want to excercize.. it's not, I have to do this I have to do that.. I WANT WANT WANT!!! sorry to keep babling.. but I'm going into this with an attitude of strength that I've never had before.. good luck to you

hello clip clop.. well so far so good.. I've been counting calories and excersizing.. I write down everything I eat and if it doesnt have a nutritional content on it or about it, I wont eat it.. been mostly living on lean cusine and using my calorie king book as a life jacket.. I'm allowing myself one cheat day a week to eat anything I want and I'm only going to weigh myself once a month because if I dont see a change in the scale I tend to give up.. except for this month, the last time I weighed myself was 4-17-05 and I'm going to weigh myself on may 1st.. mainly because I think its easier to always do it on the first, and second because I'm kind of anxious..
