Default i need a buddy

I am a 29 yr old stay at home mother and am on my 100th time of trying to lose weight i have about 70 pouds to loose and could really use a buddy

Hi! I could also use a buddy. I've tried numerous times to lose weight, but ultimately, I continue to "blossom." This is my first day on the forum, and I am not sure how the buddy system works, but I could be one of your buddies if you'd like to be mine. So far, I have not mapped out a program that I want to follow. I have been most successful with journaling my caloric intake and eating smaller portions of foods that I actually like rather than limiting fat or carbs. What's your plan? I have at least 45lbs to lose, but I am going to start with that as my goal. I am a 33 year old mother of 1 (7 year old). Nice to meet you!

Hello, I could also use a buddy, I am 29 and 5 to 6 yrs ago lost 80 lbs. but have been doing horrible and gained 10 to 15 lbs. looking for a buddy to, let me know, Rhonda

Hello i'm it been a while scent i been here .so i'm looking to make friends to . i'm 51 and that mite be to old for you all .but sure would like to help each other. i'm a mother of 3 .stay at home mon to . i just lost my dad he died the 5 th of last month .under all the stress i have put back 35 pounds of the 119 i had lost .but still got 72 off .i want to get down to 130 .i started out at 299 pounds . so got about 97 to go .so need all the help i can get so if you all could use other buddy i'm here

hello ladies thaks so much for responding to my post. It's nice to know that the support is out there for a while it was looking like i was in this alone.

Ann we have the same approach to weight loss. i acutally just started counting calories after trying to count carbs and fat and every other thing i put in my mouth. but the calorie thing seems to be working so we'll see how it goes.

Ann and Rhonda i noticed that you are both from texas and was wondering what part. i have family that live in Hewitt so just wanted to know if you were close to them.

Jenn what's your approach to weight loss just wondering. i'm always looking for new ideas and things to try.

Thanks again, everyone i really hope we can all reach our goals and make some friends and have some laughs along the way. i am taking this seriously but fun is a better way to get there. if anyone needs anything let me know and i'll do what i can. can't wait to talk to you again

i'm kind of in between approaches right now. i've been dieting on and off for about 7 years now. i've tried just about every diet out there at least once. i'm off to the doctor on monday to discuss things. i'm bringing my mother in law for moral support and the fact that she is much more agressive when it comes to things like this. i'm not really doing anything specific right now, eating whatever but very small portions, though i am keeping the carbs down becuse i just feel better overall with low carbs....
