Hey girl! I'm pretty new here as well. What sort of plan are you on?? How much do you want to lose??
I'm on a "general" diet plan of counting calories. I write EVERYTHING down and log it into Fitday.com. That site has been sooo helpful. Sometimes, if I don't have time to eat, I'll drink a slimfast shake and eat a piece of fruit. For dinner, I eat Lean Cuisines or Healthy Choice meals. I live in the Middle East so those are hard to find. We have one store with them that imports from the States but they run out pretty fast. I finally asked them when their shipment comes in. So, I go buy ALL of them. They are my saviours. I hate cooking!! I tend to eat junk if I see preparing a huge meal in my future
