I'm a newbie to this board but not to trying to lose weight
I lost about 30 lbs on WW about 4 years ago, but never made my goal
I'm here to loose the last 19 pounds.
I have PCOS which has made it difficult to keep the weight off, and it's slowly crept back up.
Glad to be here as I need all the support and encouragement I can get.

Hi Elaine, welcome to 3FC! I also have PCOS. Doesn't make weight loss fun, does it?

To add a ticker, go to the top of this forum and click on User CP. You want to then choose 'signature' and then paste your code there.
