Thumbs up Well, everything is apparently bigger in Texas!

...and I don't want it to be me anymore!

My head is spinning! I saw this website a few years ago, and WOW, it's grown! I'm in the pre-weight lose phase...you know the routine...you can feel it coming...I'm going to do it! I am! I'm tired of this, so it's time to change it!

I'm reading all about you inspirational ladies, and I just can't stand it! I'm going to be cheering you on and joining you within the week!

I just turned 40, and this is the WORST I want to look/feel for the rest of my life! I have 4 kids, 17, 7,6 and 3. I'm not organized, I have fibromyalgia so I hurt all the time, but hey! I can hurt skinny or hurt fat....I'm ready to choose the former!

Sugar and me, we don't get along, so I'll be choosing a plan that keeps us pretty far apart. It seems to increase my pain. I can't wait to join you folks!

Merci

Hey Merci!

I´m new here too...I only just stumbled across this website a couple of days ago and I can´t believe what a wealth of information there is here! It´s been fun having a good look round!

Good for you for deciding to take the plunge with your weight loss. I´m so sorry to hear that you are in pain all the time. Hopefully you'll see some improvement ASAP when you give up sugar.

Anyway, good luck...let us know how you get on

Welcome from a fellow Texan who's trying to make my part of Texas just a little bit smaller. Planning is the key. If you plan how you are going to approach it instead of winging it, you'll be successful. I'm almost 37 married with 1 child and don't want to get to 40 looking or feeling this way. Good luck. Drop me a line if you need some support from an almost local!
