Hello, Ladyhawke! (BTW, I loved that movie!!) I am new here too. In fact, this is my very first post!
I'm not sure which plan I want to follow---lower carb eating, or WW. With WW, they say you can eat everything, which just gives me a license to really eat EVERYTHING. I'm sure they didn't mean "all at once"

I did South Beach at one point and was doing very well on it. I lost 13 lbs. in less than 3 weeks. But I jumped off that wagon too. Maybe if I had a buddy to chat with, I could decide what I want to do and have someone else to be accountable to, besides my cheating self!
My DH and I are going to Hawaii at the end of August,

and I would love to be able to look good in a bathing suit by that time. I have 26 weeks to lose some of the weight (my goal is to lose 25-30 lbs. by then, which is doable), and need to get started if I'm gonna succeed!
Post often, and I'll be looking out for you and anyone else who wants to help us along the way!!
