Well I guess I should introduce myself here...I'm Chrissy, 39 SAHM of 3, 2 girls 13 & 2 and a 9 year old son. I'm fat...there I said it, yup I'm fat..and not proud of it, yes I need to lose weight and LOTS of it. I need to loose 58 lbs. I had 3 c-sections so I have this lovely hanger of a stomach, I quit smoking and just got fat..soooo now that 40 is just 9 months away, I want to loose this weight and look great at 40!

So can yall tell me where to start? What to do? How long have yall been trying to lose weight and what really works? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Chrissy,

I know what you are talking about with the hanger. I have had two C sections. After the first I lost weight and thought it wasn't too bad. I don't know what I will look like now when I lose weight. But it is definately a problem area.

I hope you find a lot of support here. Eveyone seems to be very nice. I have been on WW for 1.5 weeks now. And I'm already not doing that great. But so far today I'm doing good.

Congratulations on stopping smoking. What an accomplishment.
