Newbie from Idaho
Hi. I'm sort of new here. I've read a few messages, but this is my first time posting. I'm 37 and I want to lose 50 lbs through 2005. I'm not in a rush; I would rather have the results last. But I am addicted to pastries and cookies in a major way. I can refuse just about anything else, even chocolate. But put a donut anywhere near me, and it's all over. And I can't eat just one. If I have a bite of one, then I'm going to eat at least two or three, probably more. I need an e-mail buddy that I can write for support during the day when I'm at work and the cravings are the worst. I will be there for you, too. And if I can find someone in Idaho who likes to hike, that would be great, too!
