Red face I have a person to lose!

Hi I'm Kylie and have a quite a lot of weight to lose. I've made a good start and joined a weight support group through my work. Unfortunately, coz I am a shift worker, I can't have my meetings with everyone else, so it's me and the super fit instructor and that's it!!!

I live in England but am originally from Australia. I have lost weight once before, hit a pretty major personal crisis, and then gained it all back,+ more!

This time is for keeps. Last year my mum and dad both were diagnosed with type two diabetes, and neither are grossly overweight. So, best be doing this now whilst I am still a spring-ish chicken (32) than waiting til I'm 50 and 20 kilos heavier.

Looking forward to getting to know you all

K

Look into yourself for the strength that you need. You are already on the right path.

Be positive and remember to throw out the word "diet" and replace it with health.

Take small steps and be patient with yourself.

Health and happiness,
Windsong

I have a person to lose, too. I looked at a photo of myself next to my boyfriend and I dwarfed him.
