Default Buddy?
Hey all, I'm 20 years old from Maryland. I'm currently 214.5(218.5 last week so I had a 4 pound loss ) and would like to get to 130-140......I am currently following the Weight Watchers Program and would like to start an exercise routing-I'm thinking about joinign Curves when I get the money, for now I have the free trial certificate to try a week.

I was wondering if anybody would like to be buddies to support each other....If you're interested let me know on here or send me a PM.

thanks for the supportive words, how long did it take you to get those 55 pounds off? also how much/what kind of exercise did you do?
