Hi Vanessa and Tiredoffat! You both are a lot futher than I am but we have similar goals. I am 200lb (5'9) and would like to be at 150. I used to run and lost a lot of weight, winter came around and it was an excuse not to go outside. Here I am, two years later at the same weight I was to begin with! I started powerwalking this week because my knees just can't handle this weight while running but I can't wait to get back to running. It is really something that I enjoy.
I'm not really following a "program" per say...maybe more of SBD than anything but I'm just trying to find something that I can live with.
I'd love to be your buddy if ya'll (from Texas) will have me.
