Hi all little bout me. I am 27 and have been married for about 5 years. I have a 4 year old little girl and have been in and out of hospitals do to a car accident and a hysterectomy.. Never thought hospital food would make you heavy... but anyway I am ready to shed the pounds and would love some assistance. This week I am doing the Lillie Ross Souper Soup diet to kick me in gear. Today is the fruit day and so far I am doing well...

Oh yeah.. Lets see I am a size 26 and want to get down to an 8. I am 6'2" so I should look darn cute then!

Well I tried the Souper Soup diet and almost passed out. Not good. I have found something called controlled cheating... You eat well and balanced for six days and then have anything you want on the 7th... Anyone have luck with this?

Good luck. The soup diet sounds like this fruit diet I tried, I did not make it through that. What kind of diet plan are you interested in?
