I have just started my diet, it has been about 6 days now and i have list 3.5 lbs. I am trying to lose a total of 100 lbs. I would like to buddy up with you if interested. The things i really need to work on are:
exercising
drinking all of my 8 glasses of water
continuing to eat right and meet my calorie intake
