I am getting ready to start the Fat Flush plan. As soon as I quit the caffeen, I am weening now. I should offically start phase 1 in a week or 2. Any one a FF pro? Or a newbie like me and we can muddle through together.
I am a 35 yr old mom of 3 in western WI. But I think just changing our eating habits is plenty in common.
Fat Flush is close to the Zone in what is eaten and you do it in phases with phase one being the shortest and most restrictive. But it also intagrates a cleaning of your liver in phase one because that is what processes the fat to get it out of your body. Cranberry water is a big thing, you drink 64 oz of it a day in phase one, instead of plain water or if you get a LOT of water down with the plain water.
