Default looking for help

I am Gabrielle. I am 5'2" and am 144 lbs. I have lost about 16lbs since I became a member here. I have 19 lbs more to lose. I do get discouraged from working out at times and need help with that. I am working on my eating habits and have actually been eating fruit atleast once a day (never used to do that so I am very proud of that). I sometimes don't do what I want todo as far as exercising. I need someone that will hold me accountable for that.
Right now I am attempting to workout 6 days a week. 3 of those days are running about 30 minutes if not more. The other 3 are of 45-60 minutes of circuit training and taebo... thinking about doing some bellydancing too but no clue if I will yet. I attempt to do this.
I took off for a while because my hubby wasn't feeling ill so only did 1-3 workouts a week for 4 weeks. This is my first week back and today I didn't do taebo as I should have... I ended up going xmas shopping instead.
If there is anyone who can help me get on track and stay on track it will be greatly appreciated. I need all the help I can get.
I am also looking for more workouts if anyone can help. I love exercises that I can just get very physical with (kick boxing, taebo, whatever). Any input to help me out would be nice.

Well we're talking about WATPs in another thread. Some people don't think they're very strenuous, but I think it all depends on how exaggerated you make the moves. I find them to be a very good workout which leave me sweating pretty heavily. I exaggerate the moves as much as possible. But the moves are extremely simple, because it's all variations on walking. So you move during the entire workout, whether you're doing kicks or kneelifts or just walking steadily. Might be something to try to mix up your workout.

But you might also give consideration to something else, which is the time you workout. Sometimes trying a new times might make all the difference. It did for me anyway. I found that morning exercises seemed to bring morning excuses for not exercising. IE: Too early, too dark, too sleepy, too rainy out, too whatever. So I started exercising right after work every evening, before I got home, before I sat down to do anything. I went straight to the gym. That time worked the best for me.
