Hi Kaitikat! We started a 10 lb. challenge here (to be lost before Xmas), are you up for it???? I also hate my treadmill, but I find if I do 20 mins. on it early in the morning, like before 7:30am I feel great the rest of the day, then again in the evening, hopefully before the sun goes down...it makes me feel good TWICE in one day, and the lumps and bumps start to dissolve, and it's all worth it...
I'm pretty well counting points on WWatchers, how about yourself...
