Well it's only been a little less than one week...I think I've lost a pound...although my scale isn't the best. Was thinking about doing the 3 Day Diet next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with a friend...to jump start the weight loss...any comments about that? I've heard that although it's not a good diet to stay on forever, that some people have lost over 10 pounds in 3 days (even though it's obviously water weight...)..........and it would provide some incentive....
My weight is 158 - my goal (even though the charts say I should weigh 115) is 130. ... not sure of the timing..........I would be THRILLED with that. Anyone know - meatballs with extra lean ground beef egg white added.........sauteed, then simmered in fresh tomatoes and garlic............about the size of a mothball ........how many points would you give for each?
