
Hello, to both of you. I feel like I am about the same as both of you.
I have 3 girls, ages 6, 4 and 14 months. But, I am going on a cruise this
November. I started watching what I am eating on Sep 22.
I exercise everyday at home between treadmilling it or exercise tapes.
I am 5 ft 1", and currently weigh 176.0. What kind of diet are you all on?
Or are you doing the same thing, just watching what you eat?
I have found this sight very supporting and welcoming. I just joined this week also.
We can just all give each other support, when needed.
