This forum is so cool! Very user-friendly, lots of different sections, for all tastes and all needs!
I have a longish weight loss story, lasting about 5 years, but I'll give you the short version: I'm a former yo-yo dieter, I gained weight with my pregnancy, yo-yo dieted my way up to the same weight of when I was 9 month pregnant, then struggled, then finally found the Fat Flush Plan and lost 27 lbs on it - got off track (life happens
), gained a little back, working on losing the rest now. I want to lose about 20 pounds, but truly, I'm interested in losing 2-3 sizes, no matter my weight.
I exercise both at the gym and at home, battle with stress eating and low blood sugar.
