Well congratulations cause you've taken the first step. Realizing you need to lose and wanting to lose. You'll need to keep that thought in mind for awhile yet while you lose. It will be a slow process, so don't let it discourage you. I'd suggest starting with small steps and working up. You should exercise regularly, but start out with something small that you can handle, like walk a mile each day. Add miles and increase your speed as time goes on. Do simple things like parking far away from places you're going and get in the extra walking. Opt for stairs over elevators and escalators. Clean out your fridge and replace stuff with fresh fruits and lots of vegetables. Don't starve yourself, that makes you more discouraged. Just eat better stuff. You just have to keep reminding yourself of today to stay in that same mindset of wanting to lose. It can be done.
