Hi there! I'm new to 3FC and looking for a few weight loss buddies to help me along my way. I go back to college in 1 month and I would like to lose 10 lbs before then, just as a starter goal. I want to break up my goals into 10 lb increments, (2.5 lbs a week, 10 lbs a month, starting August 10th). Any help and support would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!
