Smile HI, I'm new..
just recently started Sugar Busters. Still trying to get it all together in my head, what I'm suppose to do.
I need to lose at least 50 lbs, but I'd just be glad right now to lose 20. I weigh more now than I ever have. I have hypothyroid and fibromyalgia. Hoping that this will help me to have more energy and just plain feel better, physically and mentally. KWIM?

Hi Patty
I started my weight loss plan 4 weeks ago and found 3FC shortly after I that. It has been wonderful!! I usually hop all over reading the threads. I do call 100lb club my home. Your not limited you may find a special one or more. Just go with want feels right for you. I'm using Weight Watchers Pure Points as my plan. If you have any questions post them. Welcome to 3FC I'm sure you'll meet lots of great ppl here.

Welcome to 3fc Patty!

If you are doing Sugarbusters there is a SB forum the boards where you can meet others on the same plan and get recipes, ideas and support.
