Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I'm Molly, 26 years old, living in Rochester NY. I'm the Communications Director for a local arts non-profit.
I've dieting and exersizing (on this go-round, at least) for about 2 years. I'm not following any formalized plan- I try to limit my calories to about 1500 per day, and get 45 minutes on aerobic activity 4 or 5 days a week. Lately, I've been trying to get more fiber into my diet. At this point I'm down about 30 pounds and would like to lose another 25. I'm 5' 2" and currently 152#.
I was *much* heavier as a teenager, and I'm still not really comfortable talking about my weight or dieting, so maybe this community will help bring me out of my shell
I'm hoping to meet some new friends here and get (and give) support and motivation. So... hi!


I know that may not seem like much, but for me it is. I am currently at 140 and would like to get to 120 and firm up. Any suggestions, stories, tips ect are welcomed by anyone. Anyways, hi and have a great day...
