Cool New here need buddy

Hello Everyone
I am new to this board and I love it. Its full of good useful info. I need to lose 100 pounds . I am so sick of the way I look, I have been working out for over 1 year and am aerobically fit and probably look smaller than I am ,but I cannot budge the pounds. I am trying to give up white flour and white sugar in favor of whole grains and Splenda. I need lots of ideas for meals and snacks because I get real bored real fast.
I am looking forward to getting to know everyone as we pursue our healthful goals

with the fitness though comes weight so quite a bit will prob be musc. I'll be your buddy though if you want hun. im lauren and need to lose 30lbs.

Maybe we could help motivate each other DO you work out If so what are your favorites When its nice I like to walk on the track. I also discovered I like Pilates, tho' Im not that flexible

i just do quite a bit of cardiovascular if i have the chance and I fence which is a sweaty sport! Yeah that would be good. if you want to that is.

Hi I'm Sheila and just started this adventure today. I could use to lose about 40 lbs and know it's going to be a challenge since I don't like working out. Having a few beach buddies along with me on the journey would certainly make it easier.

Join on in This week is going to be a light exercise week. I normally don't work in the day I Stay home with 4 kids, but this week I am needed in the day for a few hours. I really like to exercise in the AM. I am so dang tired at night.

Well I will certainly try to exercise...I know it is crucial to losing weight. I just don't have much energy these days. I was walking during my lunch, but it's so damn hot and humid these days in VA. My boyfriend are going to take advantage of our pool and try to swim at least 3 days after work. Even if it's only an hour, it is better than nothing. It will be nice to have someone to chat with and help motivate me.
