Thanks for the welcome! I'm on a 1300 calorie-a-day diet, and it's not nearly as hard as I thought it would be. I do exercise some. I have an exercise bike that I try to ride about 30 minutes a day. I also go hiking almost every weekend, and last night I tried out pilates with a friend. I may join her for a ball class sometime, too.
