Well, to start off I'm brand new here! So, hey ya'll! Actually, I've been lurking around for a while and I decided if theres this many people looking to change their lives for the better (and have) then I can do it too. As of the moment, I'm 5'7" weigh 290 pounds and wear a size 22 jeans. My goal weight, as the doctor says I should be at, is about 140. You see though, I've met 5"7' people who only weigh 220 and wear a size 24 jeans. So, is there something deformed about me? ;P

Anyways, you all look really nice and hopefully I'll one day get to have that little chick-icon that reads 'LOST 130 POUNDS' or something like that.

Secondly, stop that negative talk right this minute young lady!!;nono: ... You are not "deformed" at all for being one size eventhough your counterpart of the same height and weigh is different!! Muscle density and bone structure are all different on everyone...

So hop into the forum of your choice and voice your concerns about whatever questions you may have about weight loss then maintenance, because we ALL know that you have it in you to be a LOOSER!! A looser of weight that is ...
