Hey girl how are you? Donald and I had a good weigh in Friday, he loss 2.25 and I loss 1.75 so we are happy with that, of course men always loose more and faster than women - NOT FAIR!! Anyway have a blessed day and let me know how you are doing. Good Luck and God Bless.
So how are you doing? What was your highest weight? The first time I loss a lot of weight my highest was 215.5 now my highest was 209 because I REFUSED to put it all back on. My goal is 130. I am now at 207.5, and with all you wonderful people cheering me on and prayer I will do it again, and by the grace of God I will stay there for the rest of my life. Anyway keep up the good work and good luck with the final 4. You are a source of inspiration for us all and after you reach your goal I hope you stay with us and provide us with inspiration through your success. God Bless
hello! im good...how about you? well the heaviest ive been was 132. i dont really want to remember that! i started in january of this year. when did you start dieting? what was the heaviest weight you weighed? (that sounds weird...is that the way to say it? haha) im glad i started dieting. i have gotten many complememts on how great i look. i like when i get those kind of complements. well i hope to talk to you soon!
