Set a reasonable weight loss goal and stick to whatever plan you have (SBD?). We could make it a bi-weekly thing, weigh in every two weeks and catch up with each other. As for cheating, I think honesty is the best policy: ) The worse I feel about a diet the more likely I'm going to fail so no judgment involved. I also think we should make at least half an hour of exercise a day mandatory.
What do you think?

Does this sound good to you? What day do you want to start? (Simultaneously would be nice). I have to go to New York from the 25th of May to the 3rd of June but don't want to wait till afterwards to start. (I'll definitely get exercise walking everywhere!)
