Hello Everyone! My name is Rebecca I am 23, live in Oklahoma. With my DD Allison, she is 5 months old today, and my DH Scott, we have been married for almost 4 years.
I am wanting to lose about 70 lbs before May '05, I am not good at sticking with something, but I am tired of being fat! and I gotta do this!

UHHH, 70 lbs in less than three weeks?
why the dead line again, and do you really think it possible to loose that much is such sort of time? If you can figure out how to do this, please let me know.
I mean, I'm thinking that could be hard by May 2005.
my advice is to not set your site to where you are most likely to fail.
That will only bring you down..

i think if you can motivate yourself then anythings possible and i dont think seventy pound in thirteen months is a lot but try setting yourself short term goals like maybe 10 pounds at a time then youll get some gratification back instead of having to wait until you lose all 70 good luck and youve come to the right place theyve helped me so much its amazing what you can do with such a great bunch of people behind you to encourage you
I'm looking to lose about 70 lbs myself, so stick here and we can lose together! I don't have a long term goal, but my short term is just to get to 199, however long it takes! That would give me about 30 lbs to lose.
