Well...I've got this habbit that I am DETERMINED to break this weekend.....my habit is that I eat SOOO well during the week but then on the weekends....it's like I've got such a lack of self control that I just eat everything in site.....so I've changed things around a bit......instead of being soooo stringent during the week......my buddies and I went out last night and I actually joined them in beer and wings! (YUM!!!) for the last three weeks I've gone with them - I've stuck to the salads and "healthy" stuff - but I am hoping that I got enough of a "cheat" in that I could muster enough self control to handle the weekend......and I have this feeling it's going to work! Because I have typically mentally been in "weekend" mode on fridays at work....and so far....I've been really good!
I have also changed my workout routine around so that I am resting on Monday and Thurday as opposed to Sat and Sun...... I'm typically am much better at sticking to my diet on days I work out....I don't know why, but I am....so hopefully my new plan will help?!?!?!?!?
As a side note....I realized something last night......even though I'm not a big drinker....since I have started eating less - it takes me fewer beer's to feel it's affect!! (YIKES!) But that's ok...cause it just means that I become a better darts player - sooner!
I am off to Ottawa tonight - Looking forward to a relaxing weekend with my wife's family!!
