Hi! I'm new here, just joined tonight.

This is only the 2nd forum I have joined (the other not related). This seems like a great site and a great forum, but I must admit I'm a little overwhelmed with the size. What can I say, so many postings so little time!

Does anyone out there have some pointers for a new girl?

PS: Is there a way to view the last 10 (or whatever number) to the forum?

Hi there I am Audi and this is my second day here. I know what you mean about overwhelming. I get lost and can't find my way back to where I left a post. I am a stay at home daycare operater and have anywhere up to 100 LB to lose even 5 would be nice. I am so close to 50 that the latch has to click and I'm locked there. So I know this will not be an easy task but I am realizing that my body strength is wasting and I need to do something to keep the muscle alive. I hope to start walking but with kids underfoot up to 10 - 14 hours a day it is not that easy.
Tell me about yourself and maybe we will click to be buddies in our confusion and struggle. I will try to find this spot again soon to see what you think
