Hi! I am 27 y/o f looking to lose about 85 lbs. I started my this life changing event on Monday. I feel great. I have been keeping a food journal every day and plan to take a weigh-in and measurements each Monday. I need a buddy to keep me inspired and motivated because if I loose it, my husband will too and we really want to loose the weight. Looking for someone to help me share creative ideas with meal planning and to keep me motivated. I think this time is different for me. I feel as if I am in the right frame of mind. What have any of you experienced during weight loss. How long do you think it will take to loose 85 lbs??

Hi!! I'm new here. This is actually my first post. I am 22 and would like to lose about 60 lbs. I have trouble motivating myself and I need someone who will help keep me motivated to exercise and eat right. I know this will take about a year or more to accomplish, but I just want to get started. Let me know if you are interested in being a buddy.
