Default Newbie

Hi I just turned 50 and really need to lose weight.
I have tried about every diet (at least once) and did fine for awhile, but always gave up/gave in etc.

I am 5-1 and weigh 173 and need to loose 50 pounds
I just bought the DR Phil book in hope I can realize all the reasons I eat - boredom, stress, etc and then learn how to avoid it
