42 year old Wife and Mom looking for a buddy to hopefully support each other in our weight loss goals. I am looking to lose 15 pounds. I have gained this over the past 2 1/2 years since I had a car accident. I am currently going to Curves 5 days a week along with strength training and pilates on my own. Can't handle Atkins, I do watch my carbs and drink TONS of water. Help, anyone?
