I tried the shake and all I can say is EEEWWWW I guess it is an aquired taste. I guess I should give you some stats...

Current 230 something
goal 150 ish

moderately active because I am a mother and a waitress/ server ( to be politically correct)

and if you want to know anything else I am available via MSN Im as wktplus3

Hope to hear from you soon like I said I will need lots of support
I will never tell an alcoholic to "just don't buy it" again. to me this is just as hard as it would be to stop drinking good thing I don't have to do that too I never really drank that much.

I tried Atkins once. And it worked really well. But I have to warn you, I found it nearly impossible to stick with (I have to have sugar in my coffee!). It takes a lot of dedication, and you have to be very careful, especially during the first few weeks. Especially if you're feeding others as well (i.e. husband and kids). But I do know people it has worked for for months now. Try to find as many low carb recipes as you can--there are a lot of them online--because you'll be craving VARIETY in about 2 days. Best of luck!
