I was in this site years ago. I lost weight calorie counting. As life would have it, I regained it and was hoping the site was still active for some support. I was here last time for daily accountability. I want to do intermittent fasting because I tried it before and it worked.
Hello and welcome. I started exercising regularly and eating healthier about five months ago. I don’t restrict myself in everything, just eat less unhealthy food like sweets and fast food. I recently found fanatics and bought some equipment for myself to work out at home. Now I hardly go to the gym and do exercises from home, which works really well for me.
