Smile New to the site

Hi,

My name is Lisa and I'm new here. I've recently been on a health kick and due to exercise I have currently lost 16 kilos, but I have put on a couple now that I have reached my target. I thought having support would help me stay on track and continue to eat the right things, I have a weakness with junk food

I also have an underactive thyroid, confirmed Hashimoto's, which means my weight fluctuates.

Looking to lose another two kilos now as I want to get out of the Obese range on the BMI scale.

Everyone probably has a weakness for unhealthy food. For me, it’s a big issue right now because I’m studying at university and barely have time for anything. To get at least a bit of rest, I often turn to oxessays.com/services/dissertation-writing . I don’t have time to cook, so I usually rely on deliveries. I try to choose healthier options, but it doesn’t always work out. However, during the summer, I had more time and cooked delicious yet healthy meals. That’s when I lost 5 kilograms by eating proper portions of balanced food.
