My name is Lisa and I'm new here. I've recently been on a health kick and due to exercise I have currently lost 16 kilos, but I have put on a couple now that I have reached my target. I thought having support would help me stay on track and continue to eat the right things, I have a weakness with junk food
I also have an underactive thyroid, confirmed Hashimoto's, which means my weight fluctuates.
Looking to lose another two kilos now as I want to get out of the Obese range on the BMI scale.
