Hi all! My name is Darlene and I am from the province of Alberta, Canada! I was on a support group called Spark People and very much enjoyed the help and support I got there. But they needed to change things up over there and any one outside of the USA cannot join at this moment. I was in a state of panic, because I very much need a community like this to help me along the way.
