new here need some motivation!!!
hi my name is rich and I am a motivator of fitness being that I used to be completely out of shape but its all about taking it one day at a time and not looking to see change everyday but knowing at the same time your body and mind is changing and that what I had to learn about getting my mind fit and those days when I don't want to workout is the days I try to go the hardest its where u finish not where u start. any people out there that would like to converse or anything let ,me know
