Talking Right back at it!
Hello everyone!

My name is Tracie and i'm starting back up with ideal protein ( i was on it 8 years ago and lost 50lbs)

My goal is to get to 150 * gotta lose 95 'bs* I'm hoping to get some guidence on here and also some great recipes too.

ALSO,

My husband is on it as well.
