Okay so I知 finally back here after 6 years absent! And wow I知 pretty upset to see how much progress I壇 initially made & then lost.
My original starting weight was 222 lbs, I had actually gotten down to 159! but somewhere in 2013 I lost my motivation to continue. Old eating habits slowly came back, I cracked my heel bones and stopped running, and not only did I gain every pound back? but turns out I also put on another 16 lbs.
I wasn稚 really motivated to lose weight though until splitting from my longtime boyfriend. So January 28th I finally got on the scale again, saw 238 lbs, & decided I was gonna get back to work.
It痴 been about 3 months now & I知 still working at it! Some days are tougher than others, but I知 definitely keeping myself on track. Maybe it痴 being older now that I have better control over telling myself no.
As of today I知 back down to 203 lbs, which is 35 lbs lost so far this time. I知 sooooo close to hitting in under 200 again and I am excited!! I知 gradually being able to fit into my older clothes again. I put on some jeans today that I hadnt worn since 2014, and I知 super pumped to keep going! 😊
