Cool Newbie here!

Hello ladies! It's good to be here. I have been struggling with weight for as long as I can remember. Always yo-yoing, but the past couple of years I have packed on the pounds to an extreme. At only 5'2", I now weigh a whopping 180 lbs. I keep saying "I'll start tomorrow" but tomorrow comes and I just keep eating uncontrollably. I could really use some motivation from you ladies to help me at least reach a "healthy" weight for my height.

to start with, start with
1. Take care of the diversity of consumed products
2. Avoid overweight and obesity
3. Eat a lot of cereal products
4. Drink at least 2 large glasses of milk every day
5. Eat meat in moderation
6. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruit every day
7. Limit the consumption of animal fats
8. Avoid sugar and sweets
9. Limit salt intake
10. Avoid alcohol
