I've been reading The Beck Diet Solution and need some support in implementing that in my life.

Looking forward to making friends and getting to goal!

I read that too a few months ago! I've not had to use the techniques really yet, but it's great to have read it as arsenal for when a rocky patch comes! It really made lots of sense to me. Good luck with your journey Kleio
