Hi, this is my first day here, and first post. Hope I can lose 35 lbs, as my #1 daughter is getting married this fall and I want to make her proud. I just retired after 37 years as a nurse. I hope to make some friends and find support here, as it seems like a good forum. I can see I am going to have to learn to navigate around this website!
You'll find lots of groups to join up in. I remember I spent a week reading old threads before I joined. I learned so much in those old posts, but I wanted to take part in all the challenges and accountability groups.
I recommend taking the time to comb the threads. They have groups for all different ages and weight loss goals, even diet type. So I'm sure you'll fit right in.
