I'm coming back to the first (and really only) forum community I've ever actively posted in, 3FC <3 Like so many of us, I've been up and down and up and down within the same window of weight for almost 10 years now. Funnily enough, that's how long I've been married, though we've been separated nearly 3 years now.
My window: 203-244
Most of the time I lived around 220.
Right now, I'm back in the 230s, pushing that 240 line. Actually, every time I step on the scale I've been surprised it's not there yet. "Yet." Look at that, it's like I want it to be there again.
But I don't. And I haven't been able to get myself on track in the last year, after doing so, so, so good and feeling amazing about it for a while. So I thought about 3FC and all the amazing people on it. And the daily weigh-in thread that taught me so much about myself. And now I'm finally taking the step to join everyone again.
Thanks for having me back. I'm going to go find a daily weigh-in thread and poke around to see if there's anywhere else that seems like a good fit
