Here I go watch the weight loss again! I monitored the weight six years ago (at home, according to my own plan) and lost from 174 to 116 (too much): D

Welcome, Crystal! Good luck on weight loss 2.0. The advantage is, you know exactly how to do it, because you've done it before, so at least you don't have the whole learning curve!
