Just saying "hi" to everyone out there. I've been losing weight slowly but consistently for about a year now and still going strong. I've tried everything under the sun BUT this before. And this turns out to be the easiest way to lose weight and the least stressful. Reducing stress is one of the keys in my opinion because stress hormones (especially cortisol) tend to create blood sugar issues on top of everything else.
